• The design service has a cost, and the fee for this service will be notified to the client before starting their project and getting their agreement to pay.
• Customer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.
• Printing Services is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, Grammar, and Punctuation.
• If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing (screens, setup charges, any substrates), including corrections and reprints.
• The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements of artwork.
• Customer’s signature (provided via email or hard copy) on artwork approval is contractually binding for payment of all services rendered.
• All artwork must be approved by the customer with an authorized signature (provided via email or hard copy) before a job can be entered into production.
• All artwork is property of Speedy Signs Inc. and cannot be used or reproduced by any person or company without being purchased for a fee from, or having the written consent of, Speedy Signs Inc. Any unauthorized reproduction of art work is subject to legal action; and is protected by Federal, State and Local law.
• The promotions and/or prices display on our website (http://www.speedysignsinc.com) are subject to change without prior notification.
• The promotions displayed on our website refer to business cards in full color with print on one side only, website design up to 6 tabs or subpages with hosting and domain included for first year, and up to 3 different versions of logo design or logo consultation.
• After the client agrees to hire the design service for website, the client must pay Speedy Signs Inc. annually for hosting and domain renovation, starting immediately after finishing the first year that is included in the service of website design under the code name: “complete website”. Speedy Signs Inc., before the end of the first year, will advise the client of the amount to pay for renovation of hosting and domain. If the client doesn’t pay, they may lose the rights over domain and hosting. If the client desire to transfer their hosting and domain, they should pay the cost involved for releasing the domain and time of transfer, and any other expenses related to the process itself.
